Jose Bastida and Pablo Castro check water pipes for bends and leaks at the construction site across from UT Tyler on University Drive. Although standing water testifies to rains in February, construction continues as planned. New businesses will include Steak and Shake, Scooters Coffee and Yogurt, and Republic Icehouse.
